For beginners, we will close our eyes and focus on our breath without any visualization or counting. The goal will be to accept any sensation we experience and become aware of our "blind" reactions. Although the benefits of meditation are many, the immediate benefit can be seen as relaxation. The subtler benefits that exemplify a way of living life, are understood with individual experience and practice. Feel free to ask me any questions and I will answer to the best of my ability.
