Love without Conditions

I like the observation.  Now, what if you could know exactly what your "being" in this life is?  What if you could see exactly what your "spontaneous" passion in life is?  What if your purpose could be known as easily as if you were reading the Book of Life itself?

It can.  www.spiritualnutrition.org

Here are some thoughts I didn't get to share last night...Another thing about unconditional love---many of us feel this from our parents or for our children, etc. I was especially thinking of the mother-child bond which can be an example of this.... and in the spirit of letting an individual "be"--as parents we can watch our children "unfold" into who they are meant to be...instead of trying to fit them into a "mold" (I heard that expression somewhere--"unfold, don't mold"--can't remember who said it, but it stuck in my head)Also liked the part about being "unrehearsed" and spontaneous...to me this means living in the world with your heart WIDE OPEN....so that you have the spirit to BE in the moment and let the DOING follow from there.... it does mean letting go of fear, and embracing the fact that none of us can know what tomorrow (or the next moment) will bring--even if we "plan"....and I loved the Les Kaye statement about &... all is well when ''I'' IS NOT THERE.

all unwanted, illadvised things start when ''I'' come in between, the loved ones.

spontanuity also lost . so learn to live without past.

J. Krishnamurthy 's  '' FREEDOM FROM THE KNOWN'' is the key to love without conditions. and

this is possible when the ''I'' IS VERY WEEK.

Love Unconditionally: Love eliminates ALL differences"Pure love is willingness to give without thought of receiving anything back in return" - From the book, The Peace Pilligram"We are raised in a world by conditional love of me,mine; my wife, my husband, my children, my house, my job, my car, my city, my country, my religious beliefs, my political views, my opinions, etc...There is NO end to all this division.  This way of thinking, if you will.  I believe that this is the root cause of all of our attachments to the material world.  It's bondage and so many don't even realize it, blinded by the lustful and "good" things that money can buy us.  There is nothing wrong in loving our family, friends, or our country.  One MUST keep an open mind and expand family circle to one big universal family.  A spiritual person transforms all this allowing him to learn the truth o... Thank you for the reminder once again. One of these times I will feel strong enough to forego the fear and I would love to feel the miracle. And this is why, now I know, my intuitions are so quiet - fear is the locked door. Thank you also, Conrad for the list of 12. Will read over and over again. They keep telling me "it's going to happen (my blossoming), I can feel it." I too know it's there and so ready to burst, time to be set free.

I shared what Ferrini said with my friend Dave and he replied with the following:Important message -- being instead of trying, pushing, and doing.  It's been said that a technique is at best training wheels to use briefly and get beyond -- I suppose the same is true of a method.  Thanks for sending it.  Dave      ... I absolutely agree that living sponteneously in the moment is true living, because it is not rehearsed. It is actual how we feel, how we are at that moment.

This comes to practise, hard practise, diligent practise. It comes from overcoming fear of what people will say, and if I would earn enough if i behave like this.

Thanks for a very good, sense making article

What a beautiful statement about the imortance of just being. Ferrini beautifully describes that spontaneous, trusting, honest quality that we all knew and lived from as young children, before our conditioning. Here he gives fresh insight to the meaning of non-action in the Tao Te Ching and the teachings of Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita, where he urged Arjuna to live and act without attachment to the fruits of ones actions. I really love this week's reading. It's so important. Thank you!

Paul Ferrini's comments are so true and we need to apply that in our daily lives whenever we interact with fellow human beings-this will bring about peace and harmony and the real happiness,we all seek.

Two thousand years ago Jesus preached to all to "love one another as I have loved you "-His love was unconditional,His patience, mercy, compassion ,kindness and healing were all, unconditional.

Mother Theresa also practised the above and we know the influence she had in this world for the poorest of the poor.

Ferrini wrote a wonderful article. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. I don't seem to have 100% trust in myself to drop all methods since much of what I do seems to arise from my unconscious. Even if I intend to drop all methods my unconscious protection devices are operating as an "unconscious method."  I am reminded of paraphrasing Gandhi, who might say: There is no way" to be."  "To be" is the way. I'm also reminded of what I have called the mental  equivalent of stem cells. Doing these twelve "events" helps one do everything  "right." These were sent to me by psychotherapist Jim Guinan. He wrote:           1.  Increase the tendency to let things happen rather than make things happen. 2.  Have frequent attacks of smiling. 3.  Have feelings of being connected with others and nature. 4.  Have frequent, almost overwhelming, episodes of appreciati...
