What After Breathing?

The main idea behind focusing on the breath is to sharpen our concentration. From our experience in daily life, we understand that concentration is needed in every facet of life, but this is especially so with meditation. When we are breathing, our attention is centered on the different sensations we feel (tickling, scratching, tingling, etc.). As we reduce the importance of our thoughts and continue to observe our sensations, we heighten our awareness. And with the increased awareness (as a result of a lot of practice), we experience sensations of energy throughout your body; there are many implications to this, but at first, the beginner should try to quiet the mind and stop reacting to sensations.

ya, i teach pranayam means controlling the breathing, pranayam in sanskrit means, prana means the air we breathe and yama means to control, we in hale hold the breath and exhale, we can not live with out breathing for long, we can survive with out water and food, i survived when i had operation/surgery in the mouth for three months, that made me tough, grief is the gift of god

God Bless you
