Transmutation

Die Energie drückt sich aus, weil du sie dort gespeichert hast. Jedes Mal, wenn du denkst: „Ich bin schon seit meiner Kindheit so“, dann liegt das daran, dass etwas passiert ist und du Muster entwickelt hast. Dein Verstand ist nicht dein Feind. Dein Unterbewusstsein ist nicht dein Feind. Sie sind eigentlich genau wie dein Körper: Sie versuchen, Unreinheiten hinauszudrängen. Deshalb bekommst du Fieber, deshalb entsteht ein Geschwür. Wir mögen das nicht, aber es versucht, Unreinheiten hinauszudrängen. Dein Verstand tut genau dasselbe, und dein Herz tut genau dasselbe. Sie sagen: Du hast all dieses Zeug in mir gespeichert – Zeug, das du nicht mochtest, Zeug, mit dem du dich nicht wohlfühlst – und ich muss es hinausdrängen.

Wenn du also lernst, dich nicht von diesen Energien herunterziehen zu lassen, sondern sie einfach sein zu lassen und sie aufsteigen zu lassen, wird der natürliche Prozess der Transformation stattfinden. Was bedeutet das? Die Energie war negativ. Es war Wut. Es war Angst. Es war Verlegenheit. Das ist es, was aus deinem Inneren, aus der Vergangenheit, angeregt wurde.

Was wirst du dagegen tun? Du entspannst dich und erkennst, dass dies Dinge aus der Vergangenheit sind, die in dir aufsteigen. Und so entspannst du dich. Nun, was passiert mit dieser unangenehmen Energie? Plötzlich gibt es nichts mehr, was sie wieder nach unten drückt. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Widerstand mehr. Sie kommt hoch. „Aber jetzt fühle ich großes Unbehagen. Entspanne dich. „Jetzt fühle ich das größte Unbehagen, das ich je empfunden habe. Mein Gott, es ist wirklich heiß.“ Entspanne dich. Lass deine Hände davon. Und plötzlich verwandelt es sich in Liebe.

Die Energie ist auf eine höhere Ebene angehoben worden. Es ist alles dieselbe Energie. Es gibt dort nur eine einzige Energie. Sie drückt sich lediglich anders aus, aufgrund dieser verschiedenen Muster, die du in dir selbst geprägt hast. Wenn du sie loslässt, muss sie nun nicht mehr dort sein. Die Energie, die dahinter steckt – die dieses Muster aus dem Weg schiebt –, plötzlich beginnst du, Shakti zu spüren. Sie verwandelt sich in Shakti. Das nennt man die Umwandlung der Natur der Energie. Sie drückte sich als Wut, als Angst, als Verlegenheit oder Schuld aus. Und weil du bereit warst zu sagen: „Komm hoch“ – die Blockade aus dem Weg zu räumen –, befindet sich hinter der Blockade Shakti, und du wirst das immer mehr spüren, bis du schließlich erkennst, dass es genau das ist, worauf es ankommt.

Hello Dr DAVE’: This powerful article becomes very visual as I see with my observations that suppressed emotions of any kind can transmutation or, in other words, change form of shapeshift Into other emotions to the point of objective observation, mindful breathing and then release. Voila! Pure consciousness and bliss results. daily mindfulness practice with various emotional body entities within is required for long-term peace of mind. I've been dealing with pent up emotions, fears, anxiety, anger all my life and it boils up and affects my sanity, my happy moments, and the calm moments are all destroyed. An article like this really helps me sit silent and calm and realize it's ok to feel those and to let tgem out and acknowledge them but don't let that energy ruin my peace.

The idea presented by Michael A. Singer that the mind and heart are not enemies but are “trying to push impurities out” deeply resonates with me, especially as a first-year naturopathy student. In naturopathy, we learn that the body expresses symptoms like fever or boils as part of its natural healing process. Similarly, Singer explains that the mind and heart function in the same way — releasing stored emotional impressions. This perspective has helped me shift from seeing emotions as problems to understanding them as healing processes. He says, “The energy is expressing itself because you stored it in there,” which made me realize that many of my emotional reactions are not just about the present moment but are linked to past experiences. Earlier, I used to believe that emotions like fear, embarrassment, or sadness were weaknesses that needed to be controlled or avoided. I’ve spent decades in practices that meet this directly—through body, breath, dialogue, and awareness.

What I’ve come to trust is not that difficult energy disappears, but that it knows how to move when I don’t grip it.

I’ve felt fear rise that was older than the moment. Heat, contraction, a kind of ancient remembering.

When I resisted, it stayed and shaped my thinking.
When I allowed it—without collapsing into it, without pushing it away—something shifted.

Not immediately into love, but into space.
And in that space, the energy reorganized.

What I might call now—not just transmutation—but integration.

These days, what helps me “keep my hands off” is simple, but not easy:
feeling my feet, softening my breath, and trusting that the body and heart are not problems to solve, but processes already underway.

And yes… like the seasons, something in me is always moving—
not pushing winter away, but letting spring arrive.

I have come to see that uncomfortable emotions can feel like the body’s way of healing, just as a fever burns out infection, the mind and heart seem to push out what no longer serves us. One night, I felt a deep ache in the center of my chest and was terrified to close my eyes. I tried resisting, distracting myself, stepping outside, thinking of other things but nothing worked. Finally, I turned toward love, consciously filling that space with it. In that moment, I felt something move out of me, never to return. What remained was a new clarity, a different way of perceiving life altogether. Looking back, I realize this wasn’t a sudden shift but a gradual process. When we resist emotions, they tighten their grip. But when we allow them to rise and pass through, something lighter often emerges. I agree with Michael Singer that your mind and heart are not your enemies. Their overall action is health and elimination of what is not healthy. My efforts to resist, deny, or ignore uncomfortable emotions usually makes them worse. When I allow uncomfortable emotions to move through, they are gone; doing that is often easier said than done. What helps me let uncomfortable energy transmute is knowing that it is healthy especially when done in conjunction with other action that reduces or resolves uncomfortable feelings, such as facing a fear or worry and actively doing something about them. Not all feelings are from the past. Some are from the past and stirred by present happenings, and some originate in the present generated by what is happening here and now. In either case they warrant paying attention to.

All of us are endowed with energy. How do we use our energy is crucial. We may use it wisely or unwisely. We may have a sword in our hand. The same sword either can protect us against our enemies and save our life or hurt us if we do not use it wisely. There is a wise saying in Gujarati, my mother tonge "Whicharine yar ucchara vani. "Think before you speak." The words we say can heal or hurt the other person. Discretion is very important in saying before saing.. It is like energy. How we use our energy is very crucail. We all encounter difficulies in our life. As we say life is not a bed of roses. There are times I have gone thorugh very difficult times in my relatively long life. There were times when I did not have enough enery in my body, mind and heart to function effectively. I believe in a holistic way of living. Reading this, I don’t meet it as an idea. I meet it as a moment that opened me. After nearly twenty years of my husband’s steady heart healing, there was a sudden turn. Serious. Uncertain.
