A spiritual teacher and author of Born to Be Free and How to Be a Spiritual Rebel, Jac is also the co-founder of the Association for Spiritual Integrity (ASI), a global initiative committed to bringing ethics, transparency, and humility to modern spiritual leadership.

Her own journey began in Ireland, where early studies in theology eventually gave way to direct experience and non-dual awareness.
