In her own words," As the Founder of Literacy Outreach Belize and a Professional Storyteller my goal is to preserve indigenous cultural stories and connect cultures through story; building bridges between cultures and fostering understanding between different peoples of the world. Thus far I have donated literacy programs for 35,000 children in Belize and trained over 800 teachers. Literacy Outreach IS expanding beyond Belize into Africa, specifically Kenya and Ghana starting June 2013."
