Very relatable on both sides of the coin. I interpret this as not consuming my headspace with what others should be doing with their life. I don’t take it as not caring for and supporting others in respect to THEIR decisions. Worrying and creating expectations on someone else’s life vs being supportive with healthy boundaries are two separate events. The difference is the “you shouldâ€, “you needâ€, “you..†statements vs “what can I do to create a healthy relationship with this person?†and “Are their choices negatively impacting me? Should I create better boundaries to buffer it or let go?†That’s my business. What they do, decisions they make, their emotion and behavior is theirs.
