What to Remember When Waking

I can see how people can be suffering but able to hide it. I see through their elaborate shields to the suffering within. I also love and am passionate about making with natural materials. I love the process but I get distracted with shoulds and don’t often give myself the time. I tend to give my time to others too freely. I am trying to remember my dreams but I am stuck somehow.
