Dear Bijaybhai very rightly said. In this Kali Yuga where there is no oneness of mind, body and speech it is very difficult to comprehend. That is why we need a Gyani as stated by Krishna Bhagwan who can lead the way. As I wrote earlier the Gyani or the Vitrage Scientist has stated that we are in one of the four meditation state all the time and if we understand them then we will understand how karmas are created and how they are discharged.
Dear Divine brother Prakash,
After all the 4 yogas, what does Ved say? "This in not it, this is not it, this is not". Krishna Bhagwan says "Go to a Gyani" and he will show you sat-sit-anand. All the physical work done thru body will benefit the body and not the chetan by virtue of the process.
Excellent article. Awareness is the key aspect especially who is aware of what. Based on Holistic science i.e. Vitrag Vignan one needs to know who am I from a Gyani Purush and then this awareness becomes really meaningful. The seer and knower needs to be separate from the function of the body. Really one is in a meditative state all the time in the thought process in any of the four ways. 1. Arta Dhyan - Painful to one self i.e. worrying, feeling sorry, etc..2. Raudra Dhyan - when you think of snatching happiness of others by hurting their egos thru anger, pride, maya & deceit, greed. 3. Dharma Dhyan - state of peace & tranquility in all situation. 4. Shukla dhyan - to be conscious that "I am the Pure Soul". These 4 states are the binding karmas for the next life. Any other meditation done is by the body itself and the results in gain in body functions in the present life which is definately useful but NOT for the ultimate goal of life of liberation.
Sorry it should be www.hscrf.org
Yes it is not easy but if we who who I am then it will become easy. For more information you can go www.hsrcrf.org and look at the three books posted on them.
Rightly said that we need to avoid getting stuck in our feelings or blaming others for causing our feeling. Holistic Scientist has said that "Suffer is at fault". Recognize without any doubts that the nature is very balanced and just in its dealings with all, in every aspect of life. So, you will not be punished if it is not your fault. Conversely, if you are suffering, then it must be your fault despite the circumstantial evidences that suggest otherwise. Accept your own fault, ask for forgiveness and do not crane revenge. With this realization one will be able to reconcile an interaction and not get emotional.
I totally agree with CheriD. A Guru is one who can only give you what he has. A Guru will not let anyone his limitations where as the true Guru will tell you what he has accomplished in spirituality and what still needs to be done. If there is business in religion then what is the disciples going to get out of it? It is said by a true Gyani Purush that there should be no commerce in religion where as there should be religion in commerce. Commerce here means any dealing one does throughout the day.
Understanding of emotions is very important. Once the root cause of emotions are understood, then emotions will subside and then the tone will make a great impact on the other person. It is very important that emotions do not hurt the ego of other person. That can only happen if you deal with the other person without your ego on the high string. A person who knows 'who am I ' can detach away from emotion since he can see who the doer is. Good spiritual practice is to discover the world within.
