I've been dealing with pent up emotions, fears, anxiety, anger all my life and it boils up and affects my sanity, my happy moments, and the calm moments are all destroyed. An article like this really helps me sit silent and calm and realize it's ok to feel those and to let tgem out and acknowledge them but don't let that energy ruin my peace.
