Action Without Desire Of Outcomes

This passage gives me clear meaning of Karma Yogi , drop the question " What will I get?" I always say "Yes" for whatever is convenient for me & "No" whatever is inconvenient to me . " Yes" if it is yielding something & " No" if it is not yielding something to me, just by dropping a simple calculation of what can I get out of this suddenly one becomes phenomenon, volunteer, absolute yes to life .
