I am 86yrs
Some years ago I was going home on my bicycle. A Car came up behind me,,,hit me,,, dragged me 100yds and left me dying on the roadside. An of-duty policeman found me alerted Emergency Servces. I woke up in hospital remembering nothing but finding I had multiiple injuries. My family were first told Iwas dying but I surprised them by living! But year by year the injuries hae entailed a whole range of intrusive operations. My professional work entailed working with those who cared for the dying. I am retired now but have tried to live caring for others in little ways; caring for our vulnerable world
