Speaker B: When you understand that the substrate of reality is love, scarcity disappears immediately because it turns out that everything we see is love, which is the most abundant and free thing in the universe. Right. And this is mind-blowing. This is mind-blowing for our current mindset.

But if you integrate that, not just if you understand it intellectually, if you really integrate that, down to your bones, it is impossible to keep your behavior consistent with your old behavior. Your behavior changes automatically. So that's transformation. And a sign of transformation is when you see a change of behavior without effort.

Whenever you see yourself, you find yourself making an effort to change something, that's something wrong there. That means that there's a belief there that's driving the old behavior. It's not letting you make the transition to the new behavior effortless.
