Rollin McCraty: So let's start with what we call heart-focused breathing. So you just focus your attention. In the area of the heart. And imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart or chest area.
Breathing a little slower and deeper than usual. But find a rhythm that's comfortable and easy. Focusing the area of the heart is an important part. We want to bring our energy down into the...
The center of the chest. And most people are going to find a rhythm of about 4 or 5 seconds on the in-breath, and 4 or 5 seconds on the out-breath. To be a comfortable, natural rhythm. And as you continue with the heart-focused breathing, activate feelings.
Of kindness. Appreciation. Or compassion. Just breathe those feelings.
And if anybody finds that challenging, just breathe a feeling of inner stillness. On the end breath, just breathe in stillness. Calm. Now, next, we're gonna radiate those heart qualities.
Into our field environment. To raise our vibration and help lift the energy environment. That surrounds us. Knowing that that's coupled to the larger planetary fields.
If you find your mind drifting, you're drifting back to the mind, just gently bring your attention back to the heart. Breathe those feelings of kindness. Appreciation or compassion. And radiate those into your field environment.
