Rollin McCraty: Psychometric and training. Maybe Google did… I talked about a big practical company, right? They did a project called Project Aristotle, where they did a very deep dive into team performance. And none of the things that most would predict would drive team performance were the factors.

It's exactly what I've been talking about. They actually found that the key factor… they didn't use this language, but it came out… it was basically psychological safety. It was in the teams where people had the freedom to speak without feeling they were going to be fussed at. And all that.

Or taken advantage of, and everybody had a voice. That team coherence or harmony was the key factor. So I think, in any organization, it's really setting up that, basically, heart coherence with each other, that positive emotional connection, and the safety to do that.
