Rollin McCraty: It wasn't really where you shift into a higher vibrational or a different… that new other point of awareness I was talking about earlier as a new baseline. Right, so the things like the traffic jams and the… at that time, I had about 80 employees that reported to me and my company that I'd co-founded. I navigate traffic, I walk into so-and-so said so-and-so, and this and that, and problems, right? So I wasn't really able to maintain that same inner calm or poise or that new level of intuitive awareness at that… it was pretty raw 3D.

So there was a very stark difference between meditation and then daily life. Although I know meditation helped with that, it was very different. Whereas when we're really talking about heart coherence training, or getting the heart and mind aligned, it's really about bringing that into moment-to-moment, day-to-day life encounters and situations, and really making that the focus. Of pausing, connecting with your deeper self and those moments, and that starts shifting baselines, which happens kind of gradually for me over the years.

You come to a new level, and then you ground there, then the next one, and so on. Yeah, and so it just felt more intu...

Nipun: Yeah, no, I... for sure, but it seems like what you're saying is that it felt a lot more integrated, as opposed to just these transcendent feelings or experiences you have, and then you can talk about them and, wow, look at me, but at the same time, if you look at your 24-hour-a-day experience over, say, a month, you're like, wait, okay, that's... That was sort of altered. I think we said it on another call; it's an altered state, less of an altered trait, right?

Rollin McCraty: Great way of saying it, yeah, perfect way of saying it.
