This is beautiful. Thank you for sharing this. I have recently started meditating and have realized that one can send out love, peace & joy. The other thing I have started doing is, if I remember someone, I take a few seconds to send them a msg of remembrance and best wishes. I have found people respond with joy and return the same. It has helped me reconnect with people.
Thank you Victor, for bringing up this example. I too numerous occasions have said. "Do reach out if there is any way I can help." and people have always responded positively. I wonder if people would respond differently to "How can I serve you?". Look forward to your learnings.

During the "Ganpati" festival in India, we celebrate by inviting family and friends to a prayer. & then a shared meal. Though people join in different states of mind, as we begin the prayer, the energy of the collective is palpable and energizing.!
