One more thing, I've been reading, "the Story of B" by Daniel Quinn. He weaves a story that opens an understanding of this truth in a very easy to follow way.

Ahhhh, yes! This is the truth that emerges from deep within me in times of feeling the total oneness with my Self and All that is. I continue to shed all of the beliefs that distract me from this experience of total 'yes' to everything, especially to myself.
