Just now I was feeling overwhelmed. Here it is 7pm at night and I haven't emptied my Inbox yet. I've got projects coming out of the kazoo! I'm irritated at my spouse - she is irritating me. Hold on! Forgiveness. Forgiveness. Forgiveness. Self-compassion for being overwhelmed. Curiosity as to whether "my spouse irritating me" is projection.
