RSVP For Awakin
Every week, a few of us come together to sit in silence for an hour, share some aha-moments for the second hour and often have a light meal afterwards. There no teachers, or agendas. Inspired by many others, who have done this for decades, Awakin Circles offer a space to come together and share in a context of stillness, community and service.
To be notified of the next Circle, simply sign-up in the right column and you'll be sent an email with more information.

The location varies across the larger London area, but they're frequently in Central (Pimlico) and Northwest (Mill Hill) area. The rough format of the evening goes something like this ...
7:00PM An hour of collective silence; its unguided, without any instructions or music. For
first-timers, this primer on meditation may be helpful.
8:00PM A short reading (sent out earlier via email), followed by a circle of sharing of "aha" moments from everyday life.
8:45PM Vegetarian dinner, and general interaction.
There is no charge and no one is expected to bring anything. People organically "pay-it-forward" to the world in their own ways.
