I love what you wrote. I believe that we must act to create new models if that's what we're called on to do. I live in America and the "founding fathers" who designed our democracy were trying to bring the ideas of the Enlightenment to the governance of man, the one major area where they believed they had not yet penetrated. They sat down and tried to change the world and succeeded. Who's to say we can't redesign our world to make it work better for us and the other creatures who share it with us. There are times when we have to accept our limits but there are also times when we need to attempt to realize our visions.
