Freedom that is truely freedom comes from selflessness. The ability to totaly ignore self and focus with keen interest to others needs which God has set the example through his son Jesus christ and which no matter how much we try we can only keep trying we cannot just measure up but will we stop. Freedom is found in grace, placing people above you, exibiting virtue and essence, promoting the beauty in others.

Becoming Truly Independent, by Andrew Cohen

I have always had a conviction about life and existence in its totality that life in itself is all about choices. The choices you make for yourself about life determines your freedom or slavery either conciously or unconciously. Our everyday decision influences our life style and make obvious our our being independent or not. I believe every man will be truely independent only when we see life through God's eyes. Thanks for the article

Shifting Your Relationship With Pain, by Jon Kabat-Zinn

Firstly, thanks Jon for the right up, it's truely overwhelming. My own fair understanding of pain is this, both pain & pleasure are subject to emotions and emotion is inevitable even though they are equally subject to choices (my convictions here).Whatever emotion you feel it depends on your interpretation of it. We are in the phisical and the most densest plane and these are the factors that dominates here so no matter how much we try we'll experience both - it is just inevitable. But how long we want it to last in us depends on individual. For me the simplest way to controlling (not stopping it) pain is through accepting it choosing to let it go. Remove your focus on how deep it hurts and agreeing with yourself that it's a lesson you have to learn here to more higher.
